Our client, a boutique CSP, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to join their growing team, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients.
Main responsibilities :
- Support the processing of payroll functions for a range of clients.
- Assist in preparing and submitting all employment-related documentation to government bodies or other relevant entities on behalf of clients.
- Assist with FSS submissions to the tax authorities.
- Provide support in the employment licensing and work-permit application processes.
- Carry out general administrative tasks within the department.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the Indigo payroll system is considered an asset.
- A clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are preferred.
Education and Experience
- Minimum educational level of A' Level standard.
