Payroll and Finance Coordinator

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €24,000 Annually 

Our client in the Business Support Industry is looking to recruit a Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the inputting of the monthly payroll runs
  • Supporting with time and attendance of payroll 
  • Assisting with payroll queries 
  • Handling monthly and annual submissions 
  • Assisting with NSO reports 
  • Supporting with basic bookkeeping, such as posting of invoices and reconciliations 
  • Supporting the team when needed 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of payroll experience locally
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in Indigo would be considered an asset

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of A'level in accounting or similar
