Our client is looking for an HR Specialist to handle the full 360° HR cycle and play a key role in creating a positive people experience. You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees throughout their journey, and contribute to ongoing HR projects and systems improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, probation reviews, contract renewals, offboarding, and exit interviews.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management for both internal and external hires.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and one-to-one meetings.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
- Promote and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of a new HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with Maltese employment legislation.
Requirements:
- Professional level of English both written and verbal and knowledge of Maltese is a must.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in an HR role.
- Minimum MQF Level 4 qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law.
- A flexible approach with a performance-driven mindset.
- A certification in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management.
