Human Resources Specialist

  South of Malta  |  Up to €31,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for an HR Specialist to handle the full 360° HR cycle and play a key role in creating a positive people experience. You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees throughout their journey, and contribute to ongoing HR projects and systems improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, probation reviews, contract renewals, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management for both internal and external hires.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and one-to-one meetings.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Promote and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of a new HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with Maltese employment legislation.

Requirements:

  • Professional level of English both written and verbal and knowledge of Maltese is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in an HR role.
  • Minimum MQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law.
  • A flexible approach with a performance-driven mindset.
  • A certification in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management.
