Human Resources Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading Operations International Group, is looking to recruit a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

  • Creating and placing job ads, conducting interviews, and negotiating and formalizing job offers, including setting terms of employment and drafting employment contracts;
  • Managing and overseeing all onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth transition;
  • Managing the process of setting, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance, supporting respective teams with performance reviews, and ensuring that performance feedback is consistent and constructive;
  • Identifying training needs for employees and teams, including the organization, and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements;
  • Maintaining and ensuring all administration and processes related to residence permits;
  • Administer employee relations, by fostering positive relationships, and promoting a positive workplace culture and employee well-being;
  • Managing employee data and records, ensuring data accuracy and security, and generating reports supporting with decision-making. 


  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an organised personality
  • Excellent ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

  • 1 / 2 years experience in an HR department
  • MQF Level 6 (preferably in a related area)
  • Good working knowledge of IT applications
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Maltese and English
