The Senior HR Executive will serve as a key support to the HR Manager, acting as a trusted partner in the daily management of Human Resources operations. This role requires a versatile HR professional with strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mindset. The successful candidate will help ensure the effective delivery of HR services and provide reliable support across all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager in the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, and policies.
Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering timely and accurate HR guidance.
Prepare employment contracts, correspondence, reports, and internal communications as instructed by the HR Manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, databases, and personnel files.
Assist with performance appraisal processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Track HR metrics and contribute to the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Ensure adherence to labour legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and departmental leaders to facilitate seamless HR operations.
Represent or assist the HR Manager in meetings and administrative responsibilities when required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Familiarity with payroll systems or HRIS is an advantage

Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
