Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer professional to support the team with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and payroll-related tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in line with GDPR
Support onboarding and pre-boarding processes, ensuring documentation is completed on time
Assist with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Liaise with candidates & stakeholders regarding work permits and visas
Draft contracts and HR-related documentation
Provide support with payroll and leave administration
Attend recruitment events when required
Respond to employee queries and assist in HR projects and day-to-day operations
Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR
Basic knowledge of employment law and payroll principles
Must have local experience in a similar role
Must have an excellent level of written and verbal English.
Education and Experience
MQF Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant field
