We are seeking a dynamic HR, Recruitment & Administration Manager to lead the talent acquisition efforts, oversee HR administration, and drive initiatives that elevate employee experience and strengthen our employer brand. This role is central to ensuring compliance, supporting organisational growth, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
- Design effective hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure best-practice recruitment.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
HR Administration
- Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and compliance with Maltese employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
- Manage work/residence permit procedures for non-EU nationals.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture.
- Support managers in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead onboarding improvements, engagement surveys, and internal events.
Employer Branding & Internal Communication
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Manage internal communication channels, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- Represent the company at career fairs and talent-related events.
Administrative Oversight
- Oversee employee accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare HR and recruitment reports and support budgeting processes.
- Contribute to HR projects, certification initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Perform other operational duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar function.
- Experience in employer branding and internal communications is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese employment legislation and solid administrative capability.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
