Human Resources Manager

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

A leading company within the FMCG sector are looking to onboard an HR Manager to take full ownership of their HR function. Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities will include: 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job description creation to onboarding new team members.
  • Act as the go-to contact for employee relations, offering support and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
  • Identify and coordinate training and development initiatives to support career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Maltese employment laws, proactively managing risks.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company culture.
  • Oversee HR administration and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all records.
  • Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement and morale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and takes initiative.
