Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join their organisation as a Human Resources Manager. You will take ownership of shaping and implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations, supervising recruitment activities, and offering expert advice on company policies and procedures.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a solid knowledge of human resource practices, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and be capable of collaborating effectively with employees and management at all levels of the organisation.
The Role
• Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives
• Lead and coordinate the hiring and selection process
• Develop and deliver structured onboarding programmes for new employees
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organisation
• Act as a link between management and staff by resolving concerns, complaints, and workplace issues
• Foster and maintain a healthy and positive work environment
• Manage and enhance the performance evaluation system to promote high productivity
• Administer payroll processes alongside compensation and benefits programmes
• Identify training requirements and implement learning and development initiatives
• Provide management with insights and decision-making support through HR metrics and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
