Our client is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to build, lead, and professionalise the HR function across its multi-property hospitality group. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape the organisational culture, streamline processes, and establish the talent, systems, and structure required to support future growth. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations across all properties, drive recruitment and retention efforts, ensure full compliance, support managers in their people-related responsibilities, and play a central role in organisational change and culture development.
Responsibilities
● Build HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up.
● Introduce structure and consistency across properties and departments.
● Implement HR best practices suitable for a growing hospitality group.
● Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for all properties and restaurants.
● Work closely with department managers and hotel managers to plan staffing needs.
● Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture.
● Coach and support managers in handling employee issues.
● Oversee employment contracts, files, records, and legal compliance.
● Improve and maintain HR documentation and policies.
● Develop performance review processes that support growth and development.
● Identify training needs and introduce L&D opportunities.
