Our Client, operating in the Hospitality industry is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Training Executive to develop effective training strategies and plans.
- Staying informed on HR trends and best practices, and recommending improvements where needed.
- Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
- Supporting the rollout of initiatives that foster a healthy and positive work environment.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Addressing employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, and managing disciplinary procedures.
- Managing the HR and training budget.
- Performing additional HR-related ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 3 years of local experience within the Hospitality industry
- Proven experience in a similar role and industry
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
