Human Resources Manager (Hospitality)

  Central Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our Client, operating in the Hospitality industry is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Training Executive to develop effective training strategies and plans.
  • Staying informed on HR trends and best practices, and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
  • Supporting the rollout of initiatives that foster a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Addressing employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, and managing disciplinary procedures.
  • Managing the HR and training budget.
  • Performing additional HR-related ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum of 3 years of local experience within the Hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in a similar role and industry
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
