Our client is a renowned company on the Maltese islands that operates in the financial services sector. They are seeking to employ a Human Resource and Administration Manager.
The Role
The HR & Administration Manager role combines strategic human resources leadership with day-to-day administrative management.
The position is responsible for overseeing HR functions, internal processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
You will be developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company values and legislation.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
You will be a trusted point of contact for employees on contracts, benefits, performance, and workplace issues.
The manager supports leaders with employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance processes.
Training, development initiatives, and performance appraisals are also coordinated within the role.
You will ensure the smooth daily office operations, including facilities, suppliers, and office policies.
You will support senior management through reporting, documentation, and improved cross-departmental processes.
Responsibilities also include risk management covering health and safety, fire, security, insurance, and car fleet administration.
The role liaises with payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Strategically, you will contributes to HR planning, company culture, employee engagement, and process improvements.
Requirements
You will have proven HR or administrative management experience
A related qualification will be considered as a strong asset
