Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, shortlisting applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating final candidate selection.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organisation.
Process and manage work permits and related documentation for non-EU employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards.
Prepare, update, and manage HR documentation, forms, and reports.
Provide administrative support to the HR function, maintaining structured filing systems and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient daily HR activities.
Undertake additional HR-related duties as required.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8.00 - 17.00
Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with excellent record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident email communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Education and Experience
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar HR role.
Experience working with diverse teams and individuals.
Exposure to payroll systems will be considered an advantage.
A qualification or certification in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
