Our client, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive. Reporting to the Director of HR you will support core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace, employee engagement, internal communications, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, policy development, compliance, employer branding, event coordination, and HR analytics, serving as a trusted point of contact to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and improve HR programmes that support strategic goals and workforce engagement.
Collaborate with managers to address HR needs, including performance management, learning and development, and workplace culture.
Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including team-building, recognition, and internal events.
Support internal communications and ensure employees are informed on HR policies and updates.
Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and organisational objectives.
Monitor HR metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy updates, and employer branding initiatives.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of local HR experience in a similar role
Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
Strong understanding of employee engagement, learning and development, and event planning.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and payroll processes is an asset.
Professional, discreet, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Education and Experience
Degree in HR, Management, or related field (MQF level 6) or a Higher National Diploma with relevant experience.
