Our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resources Learning & Development individual to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, and growth in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role is well-suited for someone who is enthusiastic about cultivating a positive workplace culture and looking to advance their career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement training and development programmes to support upskilling and employee growth.
- Identify learning needs across departments and organise relevant workshops, internal sessions, and external training.
- Support employee engagement through initiatives that enhance morale, collaboration, and overall experience.
- Organise team-building activities, recognition events, CSR initiatives, and other internal events.
- Assist with internal HR communications and promote participation in engagement and learning activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback, contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices, aligned with company values.
- Monitor and report on training and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Provide general HR support in recruitment, employer branding, payroll coordination, and policy updates.
- Stay updated on HR and training trends through participation in learning opportunities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- 2+ years' of local experience in HR, focusing on training, engagement, or culture development.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, employee engagement, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR analytics.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Diploma level of education (MQF level 5 or equivalent) will be considered when accompanied with relevant experience.
