We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team as a Human Resources Executive. You will work closely with employees, managers, and external vendors to build and ensure that all HR and payroll processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee time and attendance to submit data to their party payroll company
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies
- Implement and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist with employee development and training programs
- Stay up-to-date on relevant HR laws and regulations and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports for management and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
