Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Executive (Training & Development). Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Company’s performance management program, ensuring all employees have up-to-date job descriptions and training plans, and conducting final performance appraisals.
- Providing induction training for all employees, outsourced workers, and self-employed individuals working for the company.
- Managing the maintenance of accurate employee records, including processing new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in both physical employee files and HR systems.
- Supporting the HR Manager in handling disciplinary and grievance matters when necessary.
- Generating HR reports and ensuring they are distributed within designated timeframes.
- Assisting the HR Manager in organising the Company’s Training and Development programs and ensuring compliance with statutory training requirements.
- Implementing policies and procedures to foster effective employee relations and promote harmonious industrial relations within the Company.
- Collaborating with departmental managers to coordinate training initiatives.
- Assisting the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) process.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Requirements
- Experience in conducting employee training and development programs, with a background in the FMCG industry, would be advantageous.
- Skilled in enhancing and expanding existing HR initiatives
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
Education and Experience
- Completion of a Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent
