Our client is looking to onboard a Human Resources Clerk to assist with the daily operations and administrative tasks, including employee records and documentation along with any other queries.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain employee training and uniform records, ensuring all information is accurately entered and relevant systems are kept up to date
Act as the primary point of contact for employees requiring assistance with company uniforms
Liaise with store management to ensure uniform stock levels are maintained, prepare uniform orders, and coordinate orders and deliveries effectively
Collect company uniforms from terminated employees in accordance with company procedures
File and maintain employee records and other required documentation
Perform any other duties related to the position, as required by business needs
Requirements
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
Capable to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in an HR role
Experience in Inventory and Stock-taking would be considered an asset
