Our client operating in the Payments industry, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting effective people decisions
Drive a high-performance culture and positive employee experience
Support key HR areas including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and recruitment
Provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business needs
Act as the main contact for employee relations, managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
Support managers in addressing performance and driving continuous feedback
Monitor KPIs and follow up with stakeholders
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Analyse feedback (surveys, exit interviews) and identify improvement areas
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and advise on market trends
Support workforce planning and organizational development
Requirements
Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset
