We are seeking an experienced HR Team Leader to be managing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and training to support operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing HR Officers and admin staff, ensuring team performance within HR and alignment with company goals.
Collaborating with managers to assess workforce needs and plan staffing strategies.
Addressing employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and performance concerns.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
Designing and delivering training programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
Facilitating performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Overseeing recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
Developing initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
Conducting feedback sessions and analysing exit interviews to improve retention.
Carrying out additional tasks, prioritising health, safety, and compliance.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or in a related setting
Strong knowledge of labour laws and health and safety regulations
