HR Specialist

  South of Malta  |  €38,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit an HR Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Crew Scheduling Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role promotion through various channels, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires while reinforcing company values and culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hire documentation and employment status changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement employee retention strategies, including incentives and motivation programs.
  • Lead and support the implementation of performance management processes throughout the year.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on enhancing the employee experience and increasing engagement across the organization.
  • Provide general support to the HR team on ongoing initiatives and handle ad hoc duties as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or Psychology or a relevant field.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Proven experience in the field of recruitment is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
