HR Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join a young dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including conducting regular audits and trainings
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, managing budget
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in a specialist role
- Strong knowledge of Maltese labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Experience with performance management processes and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
