Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary HR & Office Administrator to join their team on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will support the HR department and oversee a range of administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the head office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration, including staff seating arrangements, staff lunches, and stationery supplies.
- Manage work permit applications, including new applications and renewals.
- Handle employment registrations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support payroll calculations; experience using Indigo is preferred.
- Address and resolve day-to-day HR matters promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and assist with performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR metrics and records.
- Draft and prepare employment contracts and other legal HR documentation.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for head office staff.
- Rment cycle—from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in all the tasks mentioned above
- Familiarity with Maltese employment laws and HR compliance.
- Proficient in payroll processing; knowledge of Indigo software is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 08.30hrs till 17.30hrs (1 hour break)
