Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within a standalone role. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can operate independently, take full ownership of the HR function, and support business growth while fostering a positive workplace culture.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Independently handle day-to-day HR operations and administration as part of a standalone HR function.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local employment legislation and best practices.
Act as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to management and employees.
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, contracts, HR documentation, and employee records.
Support managers with disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, performance reviews, and absence management.
Coordinate training and development initiatives and support employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety requirements, and internal company standards.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Take ownership of operational HR duties that would typically be managed across a wider HR team.
Requirements
Previous experience in a standalone HR role or senior HR position.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and manage confidential matters professionally.
Education and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, including experience operating within a standalone or autonomous HR role.
Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
