HR Manager

  South of Malta

Our client within the Pharmaceutical, is looking to recruit an HR Manager. The chosen candidate will:

  • Align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Lead workforce and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
  • Manage conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment, retention, and career development programs.
  • Lead succession planning and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide data-driven decision-making (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity).
  • Leverage HR technology and digital tools to optimize processes and improve employee experience.
  • Inspire trust, motivate teams, and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Partner effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication.
  • Skilled in executive presentations and sensitive employee discussions.
  • Demonstrate high self-awareness and empathy.
  • Navigate complex personalities and organizational dynamics.
  • Balance business and people priorities in decision-making.
  • Resolve conflicts fairly with sound judgment.
  • Champion organizational transformation with resilience and agility.
  • Promote adaptability, innovation, and future-ready practices.
  • Conduct challenging discussions with diplomacy and tact.
  • Create win–win outcomes for employees and management.

Education and Experience

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles, managing teams and influencing executives.
  • Broad expertise across: Organizational culture development Recruitment & talent management Employee relations & engagement Performance management Compensation & benefits HR compliance & labour law
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong expertise in report writing, data analysis, and HR information management.
