On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join a well-established company based in Larnaca. The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes in line with local labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records
Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour law and internal HR policies
Support disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters
Maintain accurate HR documentation and HR reporting
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Cyprus labour law
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems will be considered an advantage
Requirements
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Support performance management and employee development processes
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
