HR Generalist (North of Malta)

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist. Your roles and responsabilities will include: 

  • Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
  • Participating in employee inductions and orientations
  • Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required
  • Assisting with maintaining employee training records drafting training notices and informing employees of upcoming training
  • Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
  • Updating organizational charts and other HR-related records
  • Assisting with other HR related day-to-day duties


  • Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified

Education and Experience

  • Previous local experience in HR is a must
  • In possession of an A’ level standard of education.
