We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the effective delivery of human resources operations across our organization. This role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will provide guidance to employees and managers while supporting a professional, compliant, and well-functioning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, contracts, and system access are completed prior to start dates.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and associated documentation.
Monitor probation periods and support managers throughout the evaluation process.
Manage off boarding processes, ensuring the completion of documentation and stakeholder communication.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Assist managers to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Employee Relations & Policy Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to handling employee relations matters, such as performance management and disciplinary processes.
Prepare documentation and participate in meetings related to employee relations cases. Provide guidance to managers on policy application, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with GDPR.
Ensure all HR documentation is complete and audit-ready.
Prepare and submit required documentation to local authorities within established deadlines.
Support administrative processes such as professional warrants and employment applications.
Manage documentation for international staff, including work permits and registrations.
