HR Executive
Central Malta | €25,000 - €30,000 Annually
Our client, a well established company within the Insurance industry, is looking to onboard an HR Executive to join their Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
Respond to day-to-day HR-related queries and provide support to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Time & Attendance and Sick Leave.
Upload and manage documents on the HR digital platform.
Participate in corporate and local HR projects as required.
Support the coordination of training programs, including planning, logistics, and updates.
Assist in preparing HR and Learning & Development reports and statistical analyses.
Support processes related to the assignment and management of temporary workers.
Oversee the internship program, including data management and coordination.
Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and support employee volunteering activities.
Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes to enhance employee experience.
Implement new digital solutions that align with and support business objectives.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legislative developments.
Perform any other duties as required by the department.
Requirements
Proficient in both Maltese & English, both written & verbal.
A proactive and self-motivated approach while being comfortable working in a team.
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be considered an asset.
