Our client, a well established company within the Insurance industry, is looking to onboard an HR Executive to join their Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to day-to-day HR-related queries and provide support to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Time & Attendance and Sick Leave.
- Upload and manage documents on the HR digital platform.
- Participate in corporate and local HR projects as required.
- Support the coordination of training programs, including planning, logistics, and updates.
- Assist in preparing HR and Learning & Development reports and statistical analyses.
- Support processes related to the assignment and management of temporary workers.
- Oversee the internship program, including data management and coordination.
- Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and support employee volunteering activities.
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes to enhance employee experience.
- Implement new digital solutions that align with and support business objectives.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legislative developments.
- Perform any other duties as required by the department.
Requirements
- Proficient in both Maltese & English, both written & verbal.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach while being comfortable working in a team.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be considered an asset.
