Our Client is seeking a motivated and proactive individual looking to build their HR experience and grow within a supportive, global environment. We're seeking a dynamic HR Professional to join their team, collaborating closely with experienced HR colleagues and business leaders.
As an integral part of our HR department, you will focus on providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering timely and accurate guidance on policies and procedures.
- Coordinating crucial stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing employment changes and offboarding processes.
- Supporting the firm's performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintaining and updating employee data within our HR system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborating with the internal legal team to ensure full compliance with HR-related regulations, including GDPR and employment law.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to assist in recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
- Contributing to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
- Utilizing HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR role is preferred, however, we encourage individuals with limited HR experience who demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the firm.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with technology and Microsoft Office tools; prior experience with Workday is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, with a readiness to contribute and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
