Our client within the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Part-Time HR Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting their HR operations and ensuring a positive work environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent that align with the company’s goals and values.
 
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job postings to extending offers.
 
- Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company culture and requirements.
 
- Develop, implement, and uphold HR policies that reflect the company’s mission, comply with local labour laws, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
 
- Encourage open communication between management and staff through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
 
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and consistency, and collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
 
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
 
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits and HR-related queries.
 
- Stay up to date with local labour laws and ensure all HR practices remain compliant.
 
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with data protection regulations.
 
- Coordinate key HR processes including onboarding, probation reviews, work permit applications, performance management, sick leave monitoring, and termination procedures.
 
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
 
Working Hours: Flexible
Total Hours: Part-time – 24 hours per week
Requirements:
- People-oriented and results-driven approach.
 
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
 
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
 
- 3–5 years of local experience in a Human Resources role.
 
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
