We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to strengthen the link between HR strategy and daily operations. In this role, you’ll support managers and employees across multiple sites, lead employee relations initiatives, and help drive engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary HR contact for operational teams, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support disciplinary cases, grievance investigations, and day-to-day employee relations matters.
- Identify HR challenges early and collaborate with managers to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and collective agreements.
- Mentor and support HR Officers across depots to ensure consistent HR execution.
- Lead HR initiatives related to engagement, wellbeing, employer certification, and change management.
- Maintain accurate organisational charts, job descriptions, and HRIS records.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and liaise with Training & Development on training needs.
- Prepare reports on employee relations, compliance, and engagement indicators.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid experience in HR operations with strong exposure to employee relations.
- Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with change management and engagement initiatives is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English whilst Maltese is highly preffered
- Sound judgement, and the confidence to influence and support teams across multiple operational sites.
