Our client is looking to onboard an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, including employee records, recruitment and onboarding, HR queries, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate assistance
Stay up to date with current HR practices, policies, and procedures
Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews, and HR-related events
Maintain and update employee records, both physical files and HR information systems
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including the processing of work permit documentation, liaising with internal departments, and registering employees with relevant authorities such as Jobsplus
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, processes, and systems
Prepare, generate, and submit reports on general HR activities
Provide support on ad-hoc HR projects as required
Carry out any other duties related to the role, as required by business needs
Requirements
An O level standard of education including Maths & English
Minimum of 1 year experience in a previous HR role
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
Capable to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
