We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join a fast-growing team with a leading company operating in the South of Malta. Reporting directly to the Chief HR & Risk Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department’s operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counselling and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruiting by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the recruitment process
- Assist with the preparation of payroll
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Assist in performance management processes
- Foster a safe work environment and be the main point of contact for any employee queries
- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbooks, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or a related field
- Able to take an assertive stance when necessary to drive outcomes and ensure alignment
- Previous experience in HR would be a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in English and Maltese.
The remuneration package will depend on the candidate's skills and experience
