The company is seeking a meticulous and organized HR Administrator & Payroll Officer to manage the end-to-end employment and payroll process for members working on large yachts. This position plays a vital role in supporting HR and payroll functions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare crew employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Process monthly payroll for assigned yachts, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Collect and validate crew timesheets and attendance records.
- Maintain and update digital crew files and records.
- Liaise with captains, yacht managers, and the accounts department for payroll inputs, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Support compliance with crew documentation and certifications.
