Head of People

  Central Malta  |  €50,000 - €60,000 Annually 

Our Client, operating in the B2B industry is looking for an experienced Head of People to join their growing team. To lead its People & Culture strategy across Malta, Cyprus, and Greece. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR leader who is passionate about people development, organisational growth, and cultivating a strong, values-driven culture. Reporting to the company Directors, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and expand HR operations across three countries.
  • Drive recruitment, engagement, and employee development initiatives.
  • Build HR structures and processes to support new market growth (Greece next).
  • Partner closely with leadership to shape company strategy, values, and culture.

Location: Based in Malta, with regular travel to Cyprus and Greece

Working Hours: On-site, following standard office hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of Maltese employment law (knowledge of Greek or Cypriot law considered an asset).
  • A strategic yet hands-on leader with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Must hold an excellent level of English.
  • Knowledge of Greek or Cypriot law considered an asset.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Management.
