Our client is a renowoned name on the Maltese islands. They would like to employ a Group Human Resources Manager. Must have both strategic and operational experience with a strong commercial acumen.
The Role
This senior executive role reports directly to the COO and Deputy CEO and holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the Group’s people agenda across multiple entities.
The position requires an established HR leader with proven executive-level experience.
The successful candidate must demonstrate maturity, leadership presence, and the ability to provide stability and structure within a growing organisation.
This is not a developmental role, but one for someone already operating at a strategic level who can engage confidently with the Board and senior stakeholders from the outset.
The role is commercially driven, requiring strong business acumen in areas such as labour cost ratios, productivity, succession risk, and workforce economics.
Decision-making must be data-led, supported by workforce analytics, predictive planning, and measurable performance frameworks, with a focus on scalable organisational design and governance.
