Our client is looking for a Facilities Training & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. The chosen candidate will form part of the Technical Facilities Department, and will be responsible for the below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in translating all relevant EASA regulations related to aerodrome maintenance into procedures.
- Maintain EASA-related documentation and records in accordance with good documentation practices, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with latest EASA standards.
- Attend audits, both internal and external, record findings and provide the required evidence.
- Regularly review and update the Maintenance section of the training manual, adjusting training requirements for the Technical Services Division as needed.
- Keep record of training requirements and training status of all Technical Services personnel.
- Coordinate and record induction training for all Technical Service personnel.
Requirements
- Candidates must already be working in Malta
- Strong organisational, communication and technical writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent command in English
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related area.
- Experience working within a Facilities department and/or compliance related work.
- Experience in coordinating training programs.
