Client Payroll Executive (Part - time)

Working between 15–20 hours per week, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience to a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with payroll managers and clients to ensure monthly payrolls are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.
  • Collect, upload, and maintain payroll data with a keen eye for detail.
  • Prepare and extract payroll reports, including earnings summaries, tax deductions, leave balances, and non-taxable wages.
  • Calculate statutory contributions and payroll liabilities with confidence and precision.
  • Build trusted, long-lasting client relationships that foster satisfaction and confidence in the service delivered.
  • Resolve payroll queries by investigating discrepancies and providing clear, timely answers.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support colleagues with team goals, project documentation, and shared initiatives.
  • Provide reliable, accurate client advisory support on payroll-related matters.
  • Contribute to overall team success with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and any additional duties as needed.

The role focuses on morning working hours.

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in payroll for a minimum of 1-2 years
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Maltese would also be given preference

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of A'level standard of education
