Working between 15–20 hours per week, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience to a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work closely with payroll managers and clients to ensure monthly payrolls are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Collect, upload, and maintain payroll data with a keen eye for detail.
Prepare and extract payroll reports, including earnings summaries, tax deductions, leave balances, and non-taxable wages.
Calculate statutory contributions and payroll liabilities with confidence and precision.
Build trusted, long-lasting client relationships that foster satisfaction and confidence in the service delivered.
Resolve payroll queries by investigating discrepancies and providing clear, timely answers.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Support colleagues with team goals, project documentation, and shared initiatives.
Provide reliable, accurate client advisory support on payroll-related matters.
Contribute to overall team success with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Assist with ad-hoc reports and any additional duties as needed.
The role focuses on morning working hours.
Requirements
Previous local experience in payroll for a minimum of 1-2 years is a must
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Maltese would also be given preference
