Our client is seeking a Chief Human Resources Manager to define and lead a forward-looking People Strategy across its functions within the company that also has multiple sites abroad. You will drive organizational capability and culture to support the Group’s continued growth.
The Role
The Chief Human Resources Manager will serve on the Executive Committee, reporting to the CEO as a strategic business partner.
You will oversee workforce strategy and people practices across the whole function. locally and abroad.
A primary responsibility is aligning with Managing Directors to ensure quality and consistency in regional HR operations.
The role focuses on building long-term capability through strong organizational design and governance frameworks.
You will equip the organization to excel in a high-volume, multi-market environment.
You will manage the needs of a large memeber workforce.
You will lead large-scale change and transformation initiatives across diverse geographic regions.
Requirements
You will have extensive HR experience, with a focus on senior leadership in complex, high-volume sectors.
You will possess strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at the highest corporate levels.
Regular travel is required to maintain effective relationships and oversight across all operating markets.
