Candidate Engagement Manager

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging international partners with the aim to grow and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to support our recruitment efforts. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our candidate pool and building strategic partnerships to enhance our recruitment capabilities. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand Recruitment requirements and developing tailored outreach strategies for specific positions and industries.
  • Identifying and researching potential countries and channels to source candidates, including online platforms.
  • Negotiating and establishing partnerships that align with our recruitment objectives.
  • Reaching out to prospective candidates via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our organisation and job opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of potential candidates, and maintaining engagement activities.
  • Identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with educational institutions, job training programs, and other organisations to source qualified candidates.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on candidate outreach and partnership activities to management, monitoring the success of outreach initiatives and optimising our approach when necessary

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations will be considered an asset.
