Our client is looking to onboard a Business Training Executive who will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programmes. The role focuses on providing high-quality product training and commercial skills development to ensure that Sales teams and intermediaries are fully equipped to promote and sell insurance products effectively, while upholding compliance standards and a customer-centric approach.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the planning and coordination of the annual CPD Business Training Programme, including content development, participant registration, scheduling, and ongoing monitoring of training progress
Design, deliver, and support induction training programmes for new distributors and client-facing employees
Assist in developing a dynamic commercial sales training framework focused on client engagement, customer centricity, and the correct application of products based on client needs
Contribute to the creation and delivery of ongoing and ad hoc training initiatives tailored to the requirements of various distribution channels, addressing service gaps and knowledge needs
Act as the main liaison between the company's external training partners and participants attending business training sessions
Collaborate with the team and provide support on additional tasks as required
Requirements
Fluent in Maltese and English both written & verbal
Experience in training or learning and development within insurance or financial services
Background in delivering sales skills or commercial training
Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, both in-person and online
Ability to work independently and operate confidently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications
