Our client is looking to onboard a Business Training Executive who will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programmes. The role focuses on providing high-quality product training and commercial skills development to ensure that Sales teams and intermediaries are fully equipped to promote and sell insurance products effectively, while upholding compliance standards and a customer-centric approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of the annual CPD Business Training Programme, including content development, participant registration, scheduling, and ongoing monitoring of training progress
- Design, deliver, and support induction training programmes for new distributors and client-facing employees
- Assist in developing a dynamic commercial sales training framework focused on client engagement, customer centricity, and the correct application of products based on client needs
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of ongoing and ad hoc training initiatives tailored to the requirements of various distribution channels, addressing service gaps and knowledge needs
- Act as the main liaison between the company's external training partners and participants attending business training sessions
- Collaborate with the team and provide support on additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Maltese and English both written & verbal
- Experience in training or learning and development within insurance or financial services
- Background in delivering sales skills or commercial training
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, both in-person and online
- Ability to work independently and operate confidently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications
