Associate Human Resources

  Central Malta  |  Up to €30,000 Annually 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to join our international team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring that our global workforce is supported from their first day to their last. Key Responsibilities

  •  Maintain the HRIS with precision, manage employee documentation, and support the digitization of all employee records.
  •  Prepare data for international payroll cycles, coordinate with third-party providers, and assist with international legal compliance.
  • Support the end-to-end process from assisting with international recruitment and internships to managing equipment logistics and exit procedures.
  • Coordinate orientations, create new accounts, and act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries.
  • Assist with year-end reviews, ad-hoc reporting, and global HR projects that drive entrepreneurial value.
  • Provide essential office and facilities management support to keep our workspace running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or coordination is highly preferred. Familiarity with HRIS/HR systems is a major plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook) and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian or German is considered a significant advantage.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine interest in international employment law and global HR trends.
