Our client is looking for restaurant staff to join their growing team. This all-rounder role involves both serving guests at tables and preparing drinks behind the bar, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for every customer.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages;
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees;
- Maintain a clean and organised bar and dining area
- Handle customer payments, queries, and feedback professionally;
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure prompt service;
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels for both floor and bar;
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times;
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude;
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset;
- Previous experience in both waiting and bartending is preferred;
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings;
- Candidates must be already residing in Malta;
- Skillpass is required for TCNs
