Venue Coordinator

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €20,000 Annually 

Our client in the events and catering industry is looking for a Venue Caretaker to join their team and to ensure that their venue operates smoothly, efficiently, and always looks its best. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the venue, ensuring everything is in top condition at all times.
  • Coordinate and execute setups for events, including furniture arrangement, and special requirements.
  • Manage stock ordering and control, ensuring supplies are organized.
  • Monitor beverage consumption during events to help manage inventory.
  • Be flexible and responsive to any maintenance issues that arise during events, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors for event setup and dismantling, ensuring timelines and standards are met.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with a proactive approach to venue care
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
  • Catering experience is a plus.
