Our client, a thriving player in the hospitality management sector, is in search of a Senior Sales Executive (Hospitality) to join their vibrant team. This role entails leading and overseeing existing and new sales coordinators, focusing on managing, generating quotes, and finalizing sales for group accommodation bookings targeting Leisure and MICE segments.
Job Description
- Support team training needs and requirements.
- Review quotes and handle requests promptly and accurately for Leisure Group & M.I.C.E. Segments.
- Monitor Room and Board Revenue, forecasting sales and company performance against budgets, targets & KPI’s
- Research software solutions for upselling purposes.
- Conducting competition analysis and discussing pricing strategies with senior management.
- Supervise Sales Coordinators for timely query responses, while being knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions, and assisting the Revenue Manager in meeting company targets as well as the Reservations Team when required.
Requirements
- Previous Sales and leadership experience at B2B level, preferably within the local hospitality industry.
- Hands on and flexible attitude, whilst having strong negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and a determined mindset to achieve desired outcomes.
Education and Experience
- Strong familiarity with office applications, particularly those commonly utilised in the hospitality industry.
