Reservations Agent
Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for an organized Reservations Agent. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Process bookings, rooming lists, and room allocations promptly
Coordinate requests for additional services (e.g., transport, food packs, spa)
Conduct daily audits of upcoming arrivals
Respond to new leads and inquiries within 24 hours
Attend daily briefings to stay updated on business forecasts and activities
Maintain proactive, professional communication with both internal teams and customers
Support Sales with Club membership management and guest queries
Assist with hosting prospective clients to drive revenue
Contribute to system improvement and team training needs
Available for additional hours as needed
Complete other relevant tasks as assigned
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
Saturday roster basis - if you work on Saturday, you will get 1 day a week off.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
