MICE Executive

Our client, a leading DMC is looking for a MICE Executive to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will be to : 

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) for international and corporate clients
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through execution and post-event follow-up
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining high service standards
• Respond to enquiries with tailored, creative proposals
• Prepare creative proposals, detailed programs, budgets, and presentations
• Liaise with clients, international partners, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and confirm bookings
• Coordinate venues, hotels, transport, catering, production, and entertainment
• Develop event timelines, operational schedules, and briefing documents
• Ensure smooth logistics and compliance with health and safety standards
• Oversee on-site execution, including setup, guest management, and troubleshooting
• Monitor budgets, control costs, process invoices, and reconcile accounts
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; source new venues and experiences
• Support business development and contribute ideas for new event concepts

Requirements

• Sales experience with strong destination and supplier knowledge
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (additional languages, especially German, are an asset)
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in MICE, group travel, or DMC operations
