Kitchen Steward
One of our clients within the hospitality industry is looking for a Kitchen Steward to join their vibrant team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and floors;
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly;
Ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked with supplies;
Remove kitchen waste and recycling promptly and in accordance with company procedures;
Support kitchen staff with food preparation duties during peak hours;
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Requirements
Able to work in a fast paced environment;
Flexibility to work on roster basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays;
Applicants must be currently residing in Malta.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred but not required
