Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead their dedicated team and uphold their reputation for exceptional service and refined hospitality.
The Key Responsibilities are:
- Oversee the hotel’s daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the property.
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the owners to implement strategic initiatives and maintain the hotel’s boutique identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a boutique or luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Deep understanding of guest service excellence and hotel operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive performance.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or additional languages is an advantage.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in hospitality
